Lorilyn shares a story of betrayal and trust, fear and courage, dreams and
faith. She engages the reader as she writes about her divorce, loneliness and
desire to become a mother. Her courage in facing some of the things she did to
adopt the children she felt God want her to have is amazing. Traveling anywhere
in this world is dangerous for a woman alone. Lorilyn bravely went to some of
the most dangerous countries and faced some harrowing experiences to bring home
her child. She didn't want just any child. She wanted the child God had for her.


Although Lorilyn saw miracles happen during her endeavor, it was not a
flawless event. There are more twists and turns in this book than on any country
road in American. Just when the reader thinks everything is running smoothly and
will soon end--it doesn't. Conversely, when it seems all hope is lost, God
intervenes. In the end, God and his faithful servant, Lorilyn, are successful.
